Pilot privacy notice
What you choose to share
You may provide information such as your name, contact details, area of interest, destination questions and message when you use the consultation form. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for an initial conversation.
How pilot information is handled
In the Manus pilot preview, clicking the save button stores your inquiry in local storage on your device only. It does not transmit the inquiry to UNIVATRIX. You can download the draft or clear it using the controls shown after saving, or remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. On the deployed cPanel version in live mode, submitting the form sends the contact and inquiry fields to the PHP endpoint. These are stored privately outside the public document root for the UNIVATRIX operator to review and respond; optional operator email notifications can be enabled. No raw IP address is retained by this endpoint; a private hashed identifier is used for rate limiting.
What we do not claim
The hosting operator must define and publish a retention policy and verified privacy contact before collecting live inquiries. The endpoint does not automatically delete inquiries. Until those operational details are finalized, use the clearly labelled local-only pilot mode rather than collecting live data.
Your choices
Share only the details you are comfortable using for a consultation. For a locally saved pilot draft, use the Clear draft control or your browser’s site-data settings to remove it. For a live inquiry, contact the verified privacy contact published by the UNIVATRIX operator. No verified email or phone number has been provided for this pilot yet.
Updates
